Q. Can I order if I'm an EXISTING CUSTOMER?
Yes, all of your order and contact details have been uploaded to this website.
1. Login using your email address and password (emailed to you on ).
2. In My Account click on My Orders.
3. Click on Order Similar beside your chosen shirt.

WANT TO MAKE CHANGES? Use the left hand column under Design Your Shirt to modify the Style, Fabric, Measurements or Finishing Details.

Q. How do I NAVIGATE?
Scroll your mouse over the large shirt image and the various elements will highlight in red (cut, collar, cuff etc).
- Click on an element and the pop-window will appear.

In the pop-window
- Click on NEXT/ PREV to view the options or click on the images in the right hand column.
- Click on Add to Short List to compare your favourite options.
- Click on the small x in the shortlist box to delete the option from your shortlist.
- Click on Select to apply your chosen option to your shirt.
  You can also click on the large image to apply the option and the pop window will disappear.
- Navigate between the Cut, Collar, Cuff and other options by clicking on your chosen option at the top of the pop-window.

Q. Can I order FABRIC SAMPLES?
Yes, we'll send you up to nine fabric samples at a time, Free of Charge.
1. When viewing fabrics, click on Add to Favourites (at the bottom of the window) and the fabric will be saved to My Account.
2. Login (or create an account if it's your first time) and click on My Contact and Delivery Details to enter your delivery address.
3. Then, click on My Favourite Fabrics and select the nine fabrics you want by using the arrows to the right of each fabric.
5. Click on Order My Swatch Samples to place your order with our fabric warehouse. 

You'll receive a confirmation email and your fabric swatches will be delivered within 7 days.

Q. How do I select a STYLE?
Click on Styles in the left hand column.
- Select your chosen style.
- The appropriate cut, collar, cuff and other options are selected for you.
- Roll over the large shirt image and click on the collar, cuff  etc to select/ change your options.

Q. How do I select a FABRIC?
Click on Fabrics in the left hand column.
- Select your chosen Color and Pattern from the drop down menus.
- Add to Shortlist - click here to select and compare up to five different fabrics.
- Add to Favourites - click here to add fabrics to your account. You can order up to nine fabric swatches from the website.

- Select - click here to select your fabric. You can also click on the large image to do this.

You can change your color and pattern at any stage by using the drop down menus at the top of the pop-window.

Q. How do I provide my MEASUREMENTS?
Click on Measurements in the left hand column.
- Select either Body Measurements or Shirt Measurements from the drop down menu.
- Enter your measurements following the instructions given.
- All measurements are in inches.

You can also select your measurements based on your neck size.
Simply select neck your size in the Quick Fit function and all of the measurements will be populated based on a standard shirt size.

Q. How do I select FINISHING DETAILS?
Click on Finishing Details in the left hand column.
- Select the detail of your choice and the pop window will appear.
- Navigate the pop window to compare options and make your selection.

Q. What’s the SHORTLIST?
The Shortlist allows you to select up to five options for each component (collar, cuff etc) so that you can easily compare them before making your final selection.

Q. How do I KNOW WHAT I'VE ORDERED?
Your chosen options appear under Order Summary in the right hand column.

You can view the details of current and past orders by clicking on View Summary beside each order in My Orders.

You will be emailed an Order Confirmation after placing your order. You can also print this out from My Orders if you wish.

Q. How do I SAVE MY DESIGN?
Click on Save Design at the bottom of the page, then simply Log In (Existing clients) or Register (New clients) if you have not already.
